NUTELLA CHEESE CAKE

Recipe Source: Nigella Lawson

Make             : 1 Cake
Prep Time    : 20mins
Bake Time    : None (refrigerate at least 4 hours)


Ingredients

280 gram Graham Crackers (digestive biscuits) = ~ 10 oz
    5 tbsp  Soft Unsalted Butter
3/4  jar Nutella
3/4  cup chopped toasted Hazelnuts
450 gram cream cheese = ~1 lb
1/2  cup confectioners sugar (shifted)

Method

Break Graham Crackers into the bowl of processor, add the butter and 15ml or 1 tablespoon of Nutella, and blitz until its start to clump

Add 25 gram/3 tablespoon of the hazelnuts and continue to pulse until you have a damp sandy mixture

Tip into a 23 cm/9-inch round spring-form and press into the base either using hands or the back of a spoon. Place in the fridge to chill

Beat cream cheese and the confectioner's sugar until smooth and then add the remaining Nutella to the cream cheese mixture, and continue beating until combined

Take the spring-form out of the fridge and carefully smooth the Nutella mixture over the base. Scatter the remaining chopped hazelnuts on top to cover and place the tin in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight.

Serve straight from the fridge for best result

PROL TAPE

Ini series prol tape (bukan cake tape) sisa tape hasil hunting suami :)
Menurut saya ini yang teksturnya lebih ke prol tape, agak padat, tidak spongy, beberapa saat yang lalu sudah pernah share yang cake tape disini..hasilnya spongy jadi lebih kearah cake/bolu..satu lagi ini ga pakai mixer, cuma pakai spatula kayu, aduk sana sini :)
 
Lumayan untuk yang males keluarin mixer dari tempat penyimpanannya hahha
 
Tapi sama enak sih kalau kata tester saya :) eetapi klo dia mah klo yang homemade pasti bilang enak, walaupun kadang belakangnya suka komen, kurang ini-itu atau harusnya ini dikurangi... :)

Bahan:
 
300 gram tape singkong, haluskan dengan garpu
  75 gram gula pasir
   ½ tsp garam
   3 butir telur, kocok lepas
  70 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
100 ml susu cair
  50 gram margarine, lelehkan
    1 butir kuning telur untuk olesan
Taburan: Keju Cheddar parut dan Kismis secukupnya 
 
How To:
 
  1. Aduk-aduk tape singkong, gula pasit dan garam sampai gula larut dan tercampur  rata, masukkan telur, aduk.
  2. Tambahkan terigu dan kismis (kalau pake) aduk.
  3. Masukkan susu cair dan margarine leleh, aduk rata
  4. Tuang ke Loyang yang sudah dioles tipis margarine dan dialas kertas roti (ukuran 18x18x4cm)
  5. Oven selama 20menit dengan suhu 80°C, keluarkan oles dengan kuning telur, taburkan keju/kismis, oven kembali selama ±20 menit atau sampai matang
